Grilled Angus Top Blade Steak and Vegetables

My mother and I started the South Beach diet last Monday. Phase one is somewhat restrictive, but it lasts only two weeks. One of the foods we are allowed is lean cuts of meat, like this boneless angus top blade steak (we were SO sick of chicken). It was marinated in a concoction of soy sauce, Worstershire sauce, garlic powder, balsamic vinegar, and white wine. I also rubbed some black pepper on the steak before I put it into the marinade.
It stayed in the fridge for a few hours before I prepared it on an electric indoor grill (the outdoor charcoal grill would have added better flavor, but it was too damn cold out for that). It was served with buttered carrots and green beans. Looks more delicious in full view.
